• Indicative % Total Contraction @ 1100°C 9%; 1200°C 11%*
• General purpose hand-building body with good tooth and character, suitable for slab built forms, coiled pots and tiles.
• A carefully controlled blend of crank and terracotta clays with good warp and crack resistance
• Pleasant pink colour around 1100-1160C becoming darker at stoneware.
• Responds wonderfully to wood, soda or reduction firing, resulting in a rich purple-brown colour.
